1. Can I return my item?
Yes, within 15 days of receiving your package you have the option to return it. Please refer to our ‘Returns & Refunds’ page for more information.
2. What if one of my items is damaged or defected?
If you’ve received a damaged or defected item, send us an email at contact@katyfaye.com with a photo of the damaged item with your order number. We will take care of it!
3. How long will it take to ship my order?
We do our best to ship all packages within 1-3 days of receipt of the order.
4. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping varies according to location, on average expect 5-10 business days to receive your order. Expedited shipping also possible upon request.
