Not a fit? No problem, we offer free returns within the USA! If you're not fully satisfied with your order and would like to make a return, please be sure to send back the item unworn within 15 days for a full refund or credit note. Return Policy

• Returns must be registered online within 15 days from the date you originally received your order.
• KatyFaye jewelry is unable to refund any duties or taxes paid on international shipments.
• We can only cover the return cost of an item within the USA

 Refund Delay 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment or a credit note.  

We’ll send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed so you know it’s on the way.
